I have worked in technology and retail for over 10 years and have the knowledge necessary to help you evaluate your current computer situation. I can help you answer questions like:

After a consultation over the phone (or Skype), I will prepare a list of options and costs for your review. Some of those options may involve services I can provide for you, or they could also very well include services or purchases that don’t involve me directly. My goal is to help you figure out the right solution for you regardless of how it does or does not benefit me. I have seen my share of pushy salespeople and greedy consultants. Honesty and integrity are the two most important personal values that I hold and I will not break my commitment to those values for financial gain.
If you live in the Twin Cities metro area, and you decide you would like to purchase a replacement, I can assist you in your purchase by going with you to the store if you like.
The fee for my Computer Upgrade or Replacement Consulting service is $50 which includes 2 hours of consultation, and then $20 / hour after that.
